Default RTASi to Standalone convertor

Is there a way to/program that will run an RTAS plugin standalone
I'm using Xpand2 for live settings and it looks like i'm going to have to purchase an Mbox Micro to run Pro Tools and use it as a plugin which, for so many reasons, sounds dodgy

They have to run under ProTools. I use a Micro for quick, mobile sessions, moving audio out the headphone jack, which is fine when pristine audio quality isn't necessary.

Xpand was never designed to be standalone. It's made by Avid. Thus, it will have to work with Avid software. That's just how it works.

I've also never head of a program that turns any plugin format to standalone.

I've definitely been looking at running an LE session for live settings with a Micro
I never thought about audio output quality though, what's it like?/How's it go getting into the mix?
Perhaps a Mini would be worth looking at instead?
Thanks for your replies

A mini would probably be better suited for a live setting. The micro seems like it would be kinda flimsy to have on stage, and doubly so to have to split a headphone jack just to get audio out of it.

At least the mini will give you independent lines out, and a couple lines in for good measure. The new ones are said to sound pretty nice, too.
