Astatic Silver Eagle - Not in production any more. But they show up on Ebay quite frequently. It's made for CB, but works great as talkback with minor modifications.

Specifically a D104 Silver Eagle by Astatic. Used to have one on my CB rig; a lot of ham radio ops use them as well. Very distinctive sound. Mine had a small preamp in it. If you have a hamfest (ham aka amateur radio flea market) near you you may find them. Kicking myself I sold mine years ago. They even had one in gold (gold plate actually)!

Watch this video and towards the end you'll hear Jeff mention about using the EB3T with both a MacBook Pro and an iMac. Considering he's an Avid guy I'd kind of believe the EB3T is now officially qualified for the iMac (we knew it was okay with the MacBook Pro).
