PT 11 license issues

I have purchased a Pro Tools HD 11 Bundle via the PT10 + CPTK upgrade which requires the surrender of my Complete Production Toolkit and PT10 license.

The PT10 license lies in a "ProTools 10+9 Bundle" and the new v11 license cant see this license to activate the surrender as its looking for a "ProTools 10" license. CPTK license is detected.

How do i get this to work? Will try call Avid in the morning, just looking to see if theres a fix out here.

I think there is a separate upgrade product for:

- PT9/10 + CPTK --> PT11HD
- PT10 + CPTK --> PT11HD

This is what my invoice says, it was bought from the avid site.

It seems that it's the same for both. I guess calling them is the answer.

I replaced your Pro Tools 10 Bundle license with a Pro Tools 10 license. So you should be able to complete the surrender and activation process now of your upgrade to Pro Tools HD 11 Bundle.
