Help me, short cut doesn't work.

Hi guys.
I just buy pro tools 10.

But short cut doesn't work as like 's' 'a' 'r' 't' even i turned on "a z"box as a yellow.

My OS is MAC OS X 10.7.4.

How can i solve this problem??

Did you click on the "A-Z" box in the Edit window? Not in the Groups or Clips areas. The shortcut is Cmd + Option + 1.

Yes i did. I click "a-z" box in the edit window.
But it doesn't work so i ask about that in here. ㅠㅠ
