Training! Training!

Ok, I am finally coming to terms that my knowledge attained from playing around with pre PTLE 5.x is not working for 7.3.1!

What do you guys recommend as a cheap crash course in ProTools LE.

I gots music in my head and it is being crushed by fumbling with PTLE! Help!
