PT 10 with Complete Production Toolkit_only getting 48 tracks at 96k

Pro Tools 10.3.10 with Complete Production Toolkit. Many of the CPTK features show up (TL Space, Smack etc.) but I'm only able to get 48 tracks at 96k. Please advise

48 stereo tracks at 96 kHz? I think that is the way it is. Please see Sweetwater's description of the CPTK.

128 mono or 64 stereo simultaneous tracks @ 48kHz; 96 mono or 48 stereo tracks @ 96kHz

I'm only getting 48 mono or 48 stereo...try to create any more and it says that pro tools will not be able to play all of the tracks

Welcome to the community!

TL Space and Smack were included, but are not actually 'features' of CPTK (they use their own licenses). I checked your account and don't see a Complete Production Toolkit license. Do you possibly have that on a second iLok account/iLok? If not, the absence of that license is what's causing this.

I do have a second ilok and Music Production Toolkit is on it along with smack and space

Without knowing your other iLok User ID I can't confirm if you are actually referring to Music Production Toolkit or Complete Production Toolkit.

I copied the MPTK info from our archive here for reference.

Music toolkit is not the same as Complete Toolkit. Music Toolkit will not work or add any features in PT10.
