What software should be shipping with new Mboxes?

I just received an Mbox from a well known online music equipment retailer. The Mbox package came with ProTools LE version 5.3.3 for Windows XP, but not version 6.1. Was I supposed to receive version 6.1? The text at www.digidesign.com -> products -> Mbox -> Mbox Compatibility Windows makes me think I was:

"Digidesign Software Supplied with New Systems

Pro Tools LE 6.1 for Mac OS X & Windows XP
DigiRack Plug-Ins"

What's the deal? Should I complain to the retailer?

That just means Digi shipped your Mbox before 6.1 was released. They SHOULD send you 6.1 once they process your registration, but you might call them and remind them.

I -just- got the Mbox; if they send me 6.1 after I send in the registration form, that works for me!

ALL Digi dealers are SUPPOSED to have added 6.1 to EVERY piece of Digi gear they sell, as of a few weeks ago. your dealer obviously didn't pay attention to Digi's note that they sent out to all their dealers.

but yeah, if you send in your registration, Digi will send you 6.1 for free.
