I think the point of the post was - are there any genuinely useful features / bug fixes? We've had some new features in the past 12 months but personally the only one I think is worthwhile is transparency as you drag clips. At this point, for many of us we need to see something solid to keep up subs. Staying current has provided very little benefit for me til now. FWIW, I think 12.8 is round the corner - there's a whole bunch of license renewals due, and Avid will want to throw something at us. Historically they've done so at this time of year I think. Hope I can eat my words and it won't just contain more loops.

The fact is any possible features there may be are only revealed when they are. Nobody knows before, and if someone knows one must not speak...

To this point, I got my 15 day notification 4 days ago. Since I'm on 12.4, not sure if 12.8 is something I need... I'll see how I feel on day 14...
