pt hd 10 Native + Machine Control

Hi Guys, Hi Avid.

I`m looking forward to buy the colin broad PD 1 pec/direct monitoring unit ( and I will need the machine controll add on to be able to run it.
I look at the avid site and did not find at the machine control page and did not find:

1) a link to buy it
2) if it will work with native systems

there are some one out there that could help me?

I Believe that Machine Control is now bundled with the Pro Tools 10 HD license.

unfortunatelly no.

I have pt hd 10 and I did not have one tenth of the options the PT HD 7 at the dub stage I rent, with the machine contro.bundle has.

But i pick it up, install at my computer, plug the ilok and did no see any of those options... So i don`t get...

You do need to buy an iLok asset. The option is already installed and is enabled when you have an iLok asset.

So the MachineControl.bundle I borrow from some friends, with the Ilok (1) will not work with my PT 10 HD under OSX 10.8.3? Do I follow you?
How do I get the license? Where do I buy it?

a Machine Control licence on a floating iLok should work

You do not need to install anything, but you do need an iLok with the MachineControl license on it. From the MachineControl Guide.pdf:

Authorizing MachineControl
MachineControl is automatically installed with
Pro Tools, but requires a valid MachineControl
option authorization in order to be enabled in
Pro Tools. The MachineControl feature set for
Pro Tools is automatically enabled if a valid MachineControl
authorization is detected on your
iLok.

I CHANGE THE STORE FROM BRAZIL TO US and find it.
It`s a box product. I think I could buy just a license...

You didn't say if it was just "Native" (FW or USB peripherals) or "HD Native" (Avid peripherals). Machine Control will not work unless you own Avid HD peripherals.
