Default Help with Shortcut?

Is there a shortcut for selecting multiple regions across many tracks. Right now I "shift-click" each region in each track, which gets to be a bit much when selecting 23 track regions.

Something like the Mix channels where you highlight the first and last track and all between are selected.

Thanks

clicking with shift/alt on a region selects all regions on all other tracks in that time range, too - is this what you´re searching for ?

Not Quite what I am looking for... What I need is the ability to select the regions in say Tracks 6 thru 21, but not in Tracks 1 to 5, and Tracks 23 to 48...

Shift clicking with the Object Grabber or make an Edit Group for tracks 6-21.

Thanks, but I would like to just click on the first track and the last track, and have everything in between these tracks selected. Just like in the Mix window.

select first region and then shift-click the track-name of the last region (make sure track-selection is linked to edit-selection)
