cant find the pro tools tuner!

Can anyone explain where it is pleas?, I have opened a Mono audio track and went to the insert, other and the tuner is not in there!

I've long wondered if Pro Tools would be helped with a "show all" mode where the full menu layout mono/multi-mono/multichannel plugins are shown but greyed out if plugins are not available on the current track.

insert>plugins menus could really do with some improvements/customization support, I wonder if "show all" could be worked in there, or maybe it's just another thing that would confuse folks. (but maybe complaints of "it's greyed out in the plugin menu" at least says the plugin is installed but the track type is wrong).
