Can\'t uninstall 6.4 to upgrade to 6.7
When I attempt to uninstall 6.4 via Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Pro Tools 6.4 on XP, I get the following error "The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. Class not registered". I was able to uninstall another program which leads me to believe that this is Pro Tools specific. I successfully upgraded from 6.1 to 6.4 in the past.
Any thoughts or help will be greatly appreciated, thanks! |
