Default PT: How do you edit multiple clip lengths at once?

Hi folks, I'm trying to edit the length of multiple clips at once. I want to extend all of them by a tiny amount without changing their position, and ideally without losing the fades in place.

I've found various videos on this but the suggested shortcut (Option+Plus/Minus) doesn't work for me, it just opens a midi option window or toggles to volume view.

Help please! I'm using PT2021.7.0 on a 2021 macbook pro

Assign them to a group. Then what you do to one of them, it will do to everything in the group.

Hey, sorry maybe I wasn’t clear - I’m trying to edit multiple clips on one track, not multiple tracks. For example, I’ve separated a bunch of clips in a track and I want to extend the boundaries either end of all those clips at once. There is supposed to be a shortcut for this but it’s not working for me. Anyone any ideas??

Highlight both clips with object selector. Hold command when using the plus and minus in the numeric keypad. Will nudge clips end position. Hold option command plus and minus to change nudge value.

Yeah I’ve tried this shortcut but it doesn’t work on MacBook Pro, or at least not on mine! Any other suggestions? There must be a way to do this without using the shortcut? Or to reassign this shortcut to other keys?

Both the Nudge Clip End Earlier By Grid & Later command are available in the keyboard shortcuts list and can be modified.
Search by key and both will show separately.

Thank you Paul for sharing the shortcut. Coming in handy right now.

Why not just build extra tracks, moves all the clips to those extra tracks and edit them as a group and then move them back onto the original track? No reason everything has to stay on it's original track.

But how to access keyboard shortcuts? Can't seem to find them anywhere!

You don’t have custom keyboard shortcuts. You’re on PT 2021.7

It was released in 2022.4

Ok thanks, good to know. But is there no way of doing this edit without using shortcuts? Seems kinda crazy
