Default deleting part of audio file

I've recorded a long audio file and removed a middle part of its clip on its track. However what I want is to remove the real audio file in the audio files folder and replace it with two audio files of the remaining two parts of the long audio file corresponding to the two remaining clips. How do I do that?

Thanks, cheers, Bob
