It was great to see your post about all instruments installed and working. I put off the doing the downloads until a few hours ago - just hoping Air got things fixed.

Still can't get Strike to download... but I got my DVD's today....

Missing Structure, Strike and others... Loose DVD's in a cardboard envelope.

Exceptionally poor service, regardless of price.

My downloads (6-8 files at a time)/Mac installation have been straightforward (if I don't count having to re-start the Structure downloads a couple of times after getting a few gigs down ... but cause may have been at my end). Only real issue was PT10 crashing: reinstall fixed this.

Although I'm still missing a few plugins (mainly Slate, Lexicon and TL-Space ... and it would be great if Korg surprised us with Legacy in AAX!), IEP was what was really stopping me from using PT11 ... and it 'does what it says on the tin' + Loom is an excellent bonus! May just need to fill the reverb gap with something else in the interim?!

if you've been holding back on the upgrade/download, it looks like AIR's initial issues should no longer be holding you back :)

OK... After getting the same email in response to missing backup disks that I've gotten four times now, (regarding the huge demand on their download servers, (and I'm still trying to sort out what that had to do with backupdisks)), I have posted on AIR's facebook page.

Why is it that some companies will only respond to public shaming? I hate having to say something like this publicly but after about 6 emails back and forth and getting the same answer or less, (which really isn't an honest or complete answer), I am over it and would like either the disks or a refund.

I expect that it will be removed shortly but who knows. Maybe someone will read it that can do something about it or at least address the disk issue.

Has anyone else received a full set yet? or the missing disks?

You can probably count on NEVER receiving a FULL set based on two things:

1) The VP of SW Dev from InMusic stating "it would add $100 to the cost" during a PTE interview...in other words...it ain't gonna happen.

2) The FACT that AFTER the initial rollout disaster, InMusic PULLED the Backup Dick option from their shopping cart.


I would suggest you do either:

1) Cut your loses of $7

2) Do a Chargeback on your Credit Card to Digital River/InMusic

Are people only missing a couple discs? I've got the whole shebang on an external. I haven't installed the Mac version, but all the downloads completed.

If someone is only missing 2 to 4 images, I could burn them onto DVDs (2 .dmg files per disc) and FedEx those babies.

They don't include any of strike or structure. So about 60 GB worth of data is missing. More like 8-10 DL-DVDs.

That said I have the mac versions and a Blu-ray burner. If someone wants them for postage + a few bucks for discs I would mail them to you. I would prefer to use Blu-ray. DVD would take a while.
