Avid Loyalty Rewards for PT 12 Users?

Just renewed my PT HD support plan for another year and was browsing through the Holiday offers from Avid link at the top right of my account screen. I noticed Avid says they are giving a copy of Tracktion Bio Tek if you reinstate an upgrade plan or subscribe to a new plan. It also says you will get the Avid Complete plugin bundle.

Here's the Avid blurb:

None are showing in my account anywhere. Is anybody seeing them?

I just subscribed to the plugin pack a week ago, and my re-up was a week before that.

sometimes this stuff is advertised before avid has the links up so you might try checking back Monday before you start worrying.

Interesting. Also my plan doesn't expire until 12/27, and it appears that I can't purchase the renewal early to take advantage of this.

Perhaps, I assumed the offer was valid if they were advertising it.

I started a support ticket (1st time in 15 yrs ) and shortly thereafter the Avid Complete plugin bundle showed up in my account. Nice fix on that, Thanks Avid!

Waiting on the Tracktion Bio Tek synth though, that's what I was more intrigued about.

Either way, not worried, just curious. I have never needed/used any of the "additional content" plugins before anyways though I'd like to try the Reel Tape Suite and maybe Revibe.

Well, the Avid support person is telling me that it requires a purchase and they have no record of my purchase in their webstore, although nowhere on the site does it state it requires a purchase through the webstore.

I purchased mine through an authorized Avid dealer/reseller, Vintage King.

Never mind, all good. It showed up in my account.

I appreciate Avid adding some useful tools to the update plan.

What's the low down on this?

My upgrade plan expires on Dec 30, and I already have the annual Plugin Bundle Subscription, which expires in October 2018.

If I renew before this special is over, will I get an additional year of the Plugin Bundle?

Renewed my HD plan on the 23rd,

Biotek just showed in my account (?) haven’t downloaded or activated it yet .. (out of the office at the moment). But I assume it’s all good.

Can’t see the ‘every avid plugin for a year’. Part of the deal (?)

Is anyone able to confirm that they have it working in their account?
