PT9 Won't start
Hi, I have PT9 with a 2011 Macbook Pro and Profire 2626 interface..up until now I've had no real problems. I went to start PT9 and got the message "Protools could not initialize the current playback device. Please make sure that the device has been configured correctly." When I click "OK" PT 9 disappears.
I have restarted the system 3 or for times and got the same error message. I have even started it with the Profire turned off...same message. The computer is seeing the Profire 2626 because when I click on the Profire icon in applications the mixer displays. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
