10.4.10 issues with my G4 pwr pc/ Mbox 2 mini/ protools 7.3

I have read several threads here and have not found the solution to my problem. I am needing help...I can not install Protool 7.3 for my Mbox2 mini on my G4. I keep getting the message" please try installing again" at the end of the install nor does my Mbox 2 LED comes on either.
I purchased the Mbox mini just a few days ago. My G4 had the update for tiger Installed already(10.4.10). I tried to reinstall the combo update, no success with protools. I then tried to go back to 10.4.9 and my mac would not allow me do it. I have another problem my studio was broken into and all my software disk i had were stolen, therefore i cannot erase my hard drive. If anyone could help i would appreciate it alot.....

The specs.: Mac G4 power pc-OSX 10.4.10 (which has not been qualified)- Dual 867mhz / 512 mb memory-Mbox 2 mini-Protools 7.3-MPC 4000- Acom firewire external 160gb- midimate usb cable- m-audio Radium 49 external controller

i think your best bet is to get in touch with an apple store explain about your stolen disks, if someone there has a heart they can reinstall 10.4.9 or get u a spare set of disks, mine got accidently stepped on in a moment of drunken bafooneree, they understood and helped me out, free of charge.
