Cover

Was anyone else shipped a cover with their console. We have three of them, and none of them were shipped with a cover... just curious.

Hi Matt,

D-Show consoles aren't shipped w/ covers because we rarely know in advance how the Main and Sidecar will be configured (joined or separate) at the time the console is shipped. There are cover sets available for each configuration. Covers can be obtained through your VENUE dealer; tell them to contact their VENUE sales manager if there are any questions. Also, be sure to resgister your console with Digi Customer Service - this will simplify the process.

To head off the inevitable question: yes, there will be a cover available for D-Show Profile within the next 3 to 6 months.

The profile wasn't shipped with a cover either. I was informed by one of the digi guys that I would be sent one when I registered. Haven't seen one yet. Do I need to ask my dealer also??

I'm guessing that's a yes..

The Profile covers won't be available for a few more months. We'll contact you directly when they're available, using the info submitted when you registered the console with Customer Service.
