DD client with ISA proxy

I just installed the DD client to use it to download some package from our client ,but failed to make it run with the proxy enabled , every time I launch the client ,I get a pop up asking for the credentials .


I opened all the required ports in the proxy , is there any specific configuration needed to be done when we use ISA proxy ?


By the way, it worked on a computer with a direct internet connection bypassing the proxy.

Chris Markle here from Aspera... The DigiDelivery client is not supported yet through an ISA proxy, especially in the case where the proxy is asking for credentials (which may always be the case). If there is a way to configure the ISA proxy to give a DD client user some sort of "free pass" where the DD client user would not need to provide credentials to the proxy, then you might want to consider testing it that way (not sure if this is possible in the ISA case - some other proxies are configurable this way).
