What pci slots are these?

I am wanting to put together an hd system into my mac pro. Please look at the picture and tell me if these slots are pcix or e or which one they are. thanks.photo.jpg

If you have a Mac Pro those are PCIe

cool, thank you for your help, im just plain ignorant on slots etc and actually couldn't find much on the net about them and don't have a manual for my specific mac. im actually gonna do an old digidesign hd 3 with core accel and process and us a 96i io and a 96 I/o. eventually when I get my retirement money im gonna blow a chunk of it on a current system but for now this older one will get me goin!!
