Default Plugin Mapping

Hey everyone, I was just curious if any of you have found plugin mapping useful (Im talking about the plugin mapping features at the top of the plugin window)? I was just about to give it a try and wondered what other folks are using it for.

I use a d-command, and as it is right now whenever I map encoders down onto the faders it usually retains that setup for all instances of the same plugin. That setup though doesnt appear to be related to the plugin mapping that is at the top of the plugin window. Im a little confused I must say...

Anyways, if anyone has some good ideas I would love to hear them

Cheers
Cory
