Default Plugins Jacked Up

Hi,

Seems that my plugins within Audio Suite and on the inserts are not where they're supposed to be For example the Pitch Shift area has the wrong stuff and no Pitch Shift plugs. Any explanation?

Specs are:
Pro Tools LE 8.0.1, Mac OS 10.5.8 with Mbox 2 Pro on a 2.66 GHz Dual Core with 7 gb of ram.

Maybe try resetting the plugin sorting under the preferences window? Or maybe you have an older version of that plugin that does not recognize the sorting setting in PT8.

Check the plugin compatibility grid. It's most likely that some plugs are not compatible.

Also, the jolly joker= trashing prefs & databases!

Adjusting those settings work but to be specific, I can't seem to find Audio Suite > Other > GAIN or REVERSE (I really need these back!). I also don't see the general PITCH SHIFTER in it's folder anymore. The Pitch Shift folder only has mono and stereo Doublers - 2s and 4s. Those two seemed to have disappeared! Any thoughts?

That's odd for sure. Either operator error or maybe re-install PT. I find GAIN and REVERSE right where they belong on my 8.0.3 setup
