Default Midi note velocity quantize on the fly: possible?

Hi,

I want to record to a midi track the note i play on my midi keyboard.
It's for creating drum parts.

The problem is that my keyboard is "velocity sensitive" and I can't say to my keyboard to always send a velocity of 127.
So when i create my drum parts over my guitar parts, if I doesn't it hard my key, I don't hear it.

Is there a way to automatically (and on the fly!) replace the velocity ?

Thanks

There isn't a way to do this in Pro Tools, at least not on the fly, but maybe there is a way with the software you're using. What software are you using for your drum sounds, or are you possibly using a hardware synth? Which keyboard are you using?
