Default Mackie defective MCU dimming issue Lawsuit

I am calling on all owners of the Mackie Universal Pro controllers with the display dimming issue after months of purchase to file a lawsuit against Mackie as they are refusing to fix if:

1. You do not have proof of purchase
2. The unit is out of warranty.

Your Authorized Mackie Dealership cannot provide you with proof of purchase? We keep extensive records of customer purchases here and supply proof of purchase fairly often.

You don't have any kind of receipt or invoice? When did you get the MCU?

What bothers me is that there are multiple complaints all over the internet with this same issue which i have provided too Mackie and they are acting as if they never heard of this issue.
