Quick Question About Boxed Version Of PT8 (Upgrade). On Sale For $127.
How does the boxed version differ from the download? Does it require you to have 7.4 already installed, or is it a full installer which does NOT require 7.4 to be on your machine?

I'm also glad I finaly made the move up from 001!
I would think that PT 8 is no differant than a lot of the other upgrades, you have to uninstall older version 1st. So I'm guessing that you will be asked for your 7.? number or something in order to download? Sorry,, not sure for sure!!??? but maybe someone else can give you exact info, as I haven't recieved my PT 8 yet. Good luck,,,,,,,, Mike
