My Pro Tools 11 HD and 12 HD downloads have vanished from my Avid account (???)

I purchased the upgrade plan on 24 Feb 2015.

Hi Davide,

I just checked your Avid account and I can see your Pro tools 12 upgrade on it. It was named as "Pro Tools | HD Software Upgrade with Annual Upgrade and Support Plan (12 Months)". And as I checked your account, you haven't surrender yet your previous version of PT for this upgrade.

Kindly follow the procedure below to get your PT 12 license activated.

-Login to Avid account
-Go to "My Products and subscriptions"
-Look for "Pro Tools | HD Software Upgrade with Annual Upgrade and Support Plan (12 Months)" then click it to expand.
-Click "Select upgrade options" then select your Previous version of your Pro tools.

Once you are done, you will see your Pro tools HD 12 installers on you account.

I also have the same problem.

As you said, i go to the "Select upgrade options" but I don't have anything to select. My PT software license is in my iLok with the support plan.
