Avid Master Account email address

Hi there,

I need to amend my Master Account email address as the one used is no longer valid. Please could you point me in the direction of someone who can help?

Use the support portal through your account. The first time I tried I was told changing my email address simply couldn't be done. But I waited awhile and tried a few more times and finally got a support tech who did an excellent job and took care of it.

Thanks for the reply Dan. Do I just do it as an 'Audio' support case? I was unsure whether to use the support case option as it's not a software/hardward issue, just my account details.

Yes. Yeah I remember the drop downs not really applying. Just put it whatever makes the most sense (I don't remember all the options). Then there should be a place to write out specifically your problem. There explain the account issue you're having.
