Default Delivery Expired

i just tried to download a DD, and when I click on it, it says the delivery has expired.

It was posted on 10/26/2009. When I login as admin to the server, it says the delivery is "pending" and that is does not expire until 11/23/2009.

I'm using version 2.2.1 on the ServeLT and 2.1.1b394 on the clients (Mac OS X 10.6 - using Rosetta). This was also an issue for me in 10.5.7.

Also, is there a way to reinitiate the download without having the link? Let's say I send someone a DD, and they never get or lose the email? Is there a way to resend that download in formation without reuploading the delivery?

Thanks for the help.

No. To work around this in the future always save a summary or send deliveries CC: to yourself.

I'm still having an issue where the server says a delivery has expired. A client sent me a project over the weekend and now when I go to download the delivery the server says it's expired. How do I fix? When I log in as admin, it shows as pending and that is doesn't expire until 2/25/10.

Why does this keep happening and what is the fix?

Have you checked the internal system clock of your server? Does it sync with a time-server?( can be set by the admin). Maybe the date and time are completely wrong in the first place? I have mine set to time-sync via time4.euro.apple.com but you might want to check a time-server near you. This automatically syncs the server´s clock to the official time and date and prevents drift over a long time.

Great idea, Frank. I just checked, and date and time are correct. It's using the redhat server to sync time.

Could it be anything else?

Sorry. No idea. I´ve seen all sorts of errors. Here are the most common ones.

- Uploads don´t finish (few seconds remaining, then candybar and progressbar jumps back to 5 minutes left (this continues in an endless loop.) Only cure I´ve found is to delete the delivery and start from scratch)

- Downloads won´t finish same as above (only cure is to re-upload the whole delivery)

Frank.
