Default AVID device driver link not working

Hello all,

Has anyone else had issues downloading the Quartet driver for OSX 10.2.2. It's listed under the USB driver tab uploaded on Jan. 31st. and listed as version 2.10.2. As far as I can tell, the link does not work.

is this the error you are getting?

"Safari can't find the server" or "Server not found" (Firefox) or "This webpage is not available" (Chrome) when attempting to download files from Avid

Regards,
JC

Yes. I have tried many times with different browsers, directly typing in the web page, logging in through avid, etc. It just does not seem to want to work.

Understood.

Have you tried the alternate DNS settings as suggested in that KB? Steps specific for Mac can be found on sites like this.

That was it. Feel free to delete the thread if possible. I see there is help for this at the top of the page, didn't notice it before.

Thanks for the help JC.
