DVD/CD ROM REBOOTS COMP

I have an MBOX mini and Pro Tools LE 7.3 software. When I load Pro Tools and all of it's Plugins, my DVD and CD Rom drives don't work. When I insert a DVD or CD my computer reboots. This can only be fixed by doing a system restore. I tried removing the Pro Tools software and Plugins one at a time to see which one caused the problem, with no luck. I haven't had any other issues with my MBOX or Pro Tools Software other than that. I'm using Windows XP Pro. Anyone got any ideas?
