Free Softube Saturation Knob....How to install it?

I downloaded the free AAX Softube Saturation Knob. How do I install it? It's a dmg file? What downloaded was Softube Saturation Knob Installer (AAX) 1.3.9.dmg. Its not an installer, its just a file. Tried putting in the plug ins folder. Then tried putting it in AAX plug ins folder but its not showing up. ANy ideas?

Its a Mac only installer. DMG is not PC compatible

Just so you don't feel alone: I was so quick to hop on a free plugin that I completely did not see it was mac only until I finished d/l it and saw the .dmg

I didnt bother to look to see that it was just Mac. I dont have a Mac so I have no idea what a pmg file is. Lol I have to laugh at myself though. Im a big dummy. I so wanted to try this plug in though because Softube makes some of my favorite plug ins. I use the FET Comp on just about everything. Bass Amp Room is a go to for direct bass as well. Wonder why windows guys cant get this plug? Id even pay for it. I love me a good saturatator

You can demo it. I used this instead of VCC before I bought HEAT. They all have their flavors but the Mellowmuse sounds good.

Hey Carl, you are right...I always forget the possibility of the "demo" option. And I do get carried away when it comes to PT stuff so I already bought the Vintage Bundle which includes SATV... so I will find out if it is okay or not soon enough... Must remember the word DEMO next time!
