Default M Box/PTLE audio outs

As far as the output configuration with PTLE and the new M Box, will I be able to output sound either from the M Box itself or Sound Manager?

I ask this as I will be working on a TiBook and would like to sometimes be able to just play the session through the internal speakers and not have headphones or lug external speakers to everyplace I go. If I just need to take a quick "reference" listen to a session, it would be great to use the PB speakers.

Does anyone know?

Thanks in advance...

Nz,

The short answer is yes. But we'll see what digi says, soon, I hope?

Peace

Playback will only be from out of the MBox outputs only.

Can I play my Mac sounds through Mbox?

Yes, the Digidesign control panel allows you to choose Digidesign as the output device in the Sound control panel.

VF,

Great and thanks, but I want to basically do the opposite: I want to play my PTLE session through the Sound control panel and internal speakers.

That would have made things VERY easy for me.
