XP pro + Monitor mode + headphone

Hello dear,
i'd like to ask you this questions and i hope that you'll give me the answeres as soon as you can:
1- can digi 001 work with windows XP pro?
if yes is there any thing i have to do it for that?

2- i'm working now with digi 001 on windows me but the monitor mode and headphone does't work with me... i mean that i can't hear the sound from monitor out and from headphone either in record mode or play mode. wich let me use out 3,4... etc, and the voice control as you know will not be effective (exact).
