PT10 + Win 7 + Allen & Heath ZED 14

Hi.

I just installed PT10 on Windows 7 and am trying to receive an input from my Allen & Heath ZED 14. Supposedly, the ZED does not need drivers. It should be recognized automatically (and this proved true when running my Goldwave audio software).

PT10 actually wouldn't even open until I installed ASIO4ALL. Now it's just a matter of getting it to recognize my ZED.

Below are images of what I'm going through. Any ideas on how to get this thing up and running?

PS, you can't see it in the last 2 images, but the Clock Source button doesn't even show up, so I have no idea how to alter it. (I don't even know what clock sourcing is.)

Right-click the sound icon in your taskbar. Select "Playback Devices". Make sure that your Realtek card is selected as the default.

This will make sure Windows uses your built-in sound card, freeing up the ZED mixer for Pro Tools. Disable the Realtek card in your Asio4All offline settings app.

I notice that you have PT set to a 1024 sample buffer, and A4A set to 512 samples. This will throw errors. Make sure that the buffer size in Pro Tools matches the one set in ASIO4ALL. That should fix your clock issue.
