Ah, I see. Nice that salesforce actually works for someone... It gave me an "undeliverable" mail response. Well now that I think about it – that could be a problem with my "localized" mail recipient here in Switzerland. Wonder if I could select North America as it seems a more direct line to Digi/Avid anyway.

Apologies for the delay in replying to this thread. There was an issue with the downloads showing correctly for some of the AIR plug-ins. Since some of the web folks that normally would fix that were out this past week, it took me awhile to figure out how to fix it myself.

Should be working correctly now for other users, and I specifically tested the process for Rubicon's account...

Rubicon, login to your account at http://account.avid.com
Click on Orders > View Order History
And choose 2007 to see your order receipt for Hybrid. Your installer downloads are on your order receipt.

What about my second hand hybrid? Do I need some transfer of ownership protocol to get access to the full installer? As I wrote before, the first time I was installing it without any problems only with the 1.5.2 installer that's available publicly. That won't work anymore now that I reinstalled PT. Help!!

bfx use the Hybrid 1.5 Installer.

Try deleting any of these files that are on your system:

Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-ins/
Hybrid.dpm
Hybrid (folder)

Macintosh HD/Library/Receipts/
Any version of Hybrid that is there

Then install Hybrid 1.5.2 from the Hybrid product section, then the 1.5.3 udpate:
www.digidesign.com/air/hybrid

I believe that should work.

filosofem, there's no 1.5 installer for Mac, only 1.5.2 and then the updater 1.5.3.
