Swapping Sessions
Okay,
Me and my buddy are working on a project. Ive got the 001 and he has the Mbox. The session we're gonna be working on is on a third parties system. He has got the 002. We are going to be using The owner of the 002's computer. What would be the easiest way so I can have a copy to take home and work on? My buddy has got an external USB hard drive that we will be using. What would we do? Hook up the external USB hard drive to my computer, take the session folder, and move it to my hard drive with "Copy Here" option? You don't have to respond to this if you think this the easiest way. Thanks in advance! -Eric

Re: Swapping Sessions
Format the USB drive from the PC FAT32. Whti the original session open, go to file, save session copy in, enforce Mac/PC compatibility (in case either of youa re on macs) and save to the USB drive.
reverse the process at your end, opening the session from the USB drive, then copying it doing a save session copy as to your audio drive.. Once you are finishe dwith your editing, copy it back again to the USB drive. |
