Big Fish Audio Loops Come with Pro Tools??

Good evening all,
I'm watching a video on looping audio and the dude doing the video says that the Big Fish Library of Loops comes stock with Pro Tools.?? Is that who created the loops that are in the xPand2 plug, or is there a download that I'm just finding out about and should be on my down load page at Avid?? I have Pro Tools 2018.4.... Thanks for taking the time to read this..
