can't download Pro Tools First

I'm hoping that someone can help.

I can't download Pro Tools First. When I login using my account (same user/password that I used to log into the forum) I get an error that says...

"There has been an error.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but something has gone wrong and we are working quickly to fix it.
Please try back later."

... but the thing is its been like this for days.

Any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Just a note that Avid Accounts are separate from forum accounts.
Have you already tried using a different browser? Try chrome, and also try using it in incognito mode.
