Midi/VST not synced

The MIDI tracks from my Yamaha Motif are not lining up with the virtual instrument tracks even when quantized.

If I dont have an aux track in pro tools and I turn up the input in the RME Totalmix ap it's lined up but once I add the aux track in pro tools to listen to the motif it's delayed.

Any suggestions as to how to synchronize them?
