Selling PT subscription license of Bundle

Hey guys,

since I already use logic for mixing i was wondering if I could sell my one year subscription with the ilok included. Which version of PT is this anyway?
I havent registered my PT duet yet since afaik warranty is covered by the seller from which I bought it from, not Avid themselves, right?
