Atomic Reactor Wedge vs Floor Monitor

Just checking to see if anyone is using the Atomic Reactor Wedge and if so....

1. Is it worth the 899.00? Specifically is buying a tube driven monitor any better than say a Mackie 450 (which I am currently using) or is it just hype?

2. Is the tweeter volume control something that can save me from the shrill upper frequencies?

I'm curious about the Atomic Reactors as well. They sound pretty good with the AxeFx so I would assume they would be good with the 11r. I didn't get a chance to hear them before getting a mackie srm450 v2 which I paid $500 new and I'm wondering if the Reactors are worth the extra $400.

I have one and I love it. Before the atomic wedge i used Alesis speaker but the difference is huge!!! Sounds more natural, less hifi.
I think they are worth the money.
