Default import 5.1 session data or audio

I'm in 7.4.2cs2.
Trying to import either old data or AIFF audio from old 5.1 LE session.
Session icon is recognized, but PT says these are from a "newer" version of PT.
Trying to import audio the icons aren't recognized.
Ideas?

Can you drag the audio in from the finder?

What format is the audio in?

Maybe you can convert it in iTunes or some other program and then use it.

Can you do anything with it in the workspace browser?
