442 I/O Quad Audio Interface

Hi Digi Gurus!

A friend of mine gave me 6 442 I/O Quad Audio Interfaces which he wasn't using. They are all in very good condition. I would like to know how best I can utilize them? What will be the best setup. Which will be the right software to buy?

I use Windows XP.

Kind suggestions are welcome.

As far as I know, this will only work in much older systems, which were only Mac (and will probably only work with vintage macs with a certain version of the operating system, not on newer macs). What you have is probably unusable.

Yes, I took time to research and find out that the 442 are pretty much 'useless'. But I will not throw them away - I will add them to my Rack Desk as Space panels! Or even better to my 'empty spaces' look professional!
