Default i cant find my region groups

i have a bunch of region groups that i made and now i want to import them into another session. however its not showing up in my files. i dont know if it has to with the fact that these vocal were done on a mbox and im on a 002rack. thanx for any help....

ok, i figured it out, you have to export your region groups.................aint i smart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
