SSL Duende ChannelStrip Crashes

SSL Duende ChannelStrip Crashes ... so far with 12.3 i have only seen on real crash .. and that is the same odd crash i have every once in awhile with SSL Duende Channel Strip .. i will open a Plugin and as i tweak a knob it will lock up and then unexpected crash ..

anyone else ?? i have seen this same thing happen from day one of SSL Duende .. i have not seen any updates at all in a long time ..

i know Jim for SSL is here or on GS from time to time ..

I'm running SSL Duende Channel Strip on Mac Pro 10.10.5 here with no problems at all so far ... I did have them before I switched to iLok but since then it's been fine

.. it does not happen that often but i have to be a Saver like crazy .. and it only happens when i am moving fast .. and my licenses are on my iLok .. have been since being able to do it ..

I sometimes get that type of crash, but don't own Duende. I think the problem is in the Pro Tools code. It happens a lot when editing midi notes, and it can happen while adjusting parameters on any plug. Just a sudden unexpected crash. Remember when Avid was promoting how much faster you would be able to work at 64 bits and the session loaded into RAM? Not my experience at all. I have a delay called Relayer that is really cool, but I can't use it at all because it either stops playback or crashes the computer when I try to adjust the parameters or change presets. Very frustrating!

Is it only the channel strip? Do you have any other SSL Duende plugs and if so does the same thing happen?

i only have the Channel Strip and the Bus Compressor .. i would like to try the X plugs as well .. waiting for a sale ..

X plugs are great, I really like the x comp and the x eq for more surgical ops ... I tried the x verb but never bought it .... Might have to go and re demo that at some point ....

Confirmed! I also get this crash, in fact I am writing this as I wait for pro tools to reboot!

I have a list as long as my arm for the bugs in pro tools! It seems like they just add new things and then break the old!

Out of curiosity does your keyboard shortcut work for quantise audio to grid? CMD+0 (on the numeric keyboard). That one has been bugging me for a while!
