Black Friday offer problem
Hi guys,
I saw the Black Friday offer below: http://www.avid.com/special-offers/a...-plugin-bundle So.....I decided to renew my upgrade plan. But at no stage was i prompted where or when to activate this offer. I clicked the link on the offer page, so I presumed it would happen at some stage during the process, but it didn't. Any ideas??? I also found the renew process a bit confusing too. I've paid for the upgrade plan, but i still have the messages in the Application manager that my subscription is about to expire. I attached a cropped screen shot of my account page to show what it looks like. The top renewal date is as i would expect (1 year from now), but the next one down expires in 6 days and I'm not sure what the story is. Thanks for any help that peeps have on this one. Cheers, JJ. |

Just for GP I am having the same exact issue...I do see in my account where to get the samples, but I have not received any instructions on the free bundle information in my avid account or email. as it relates to the black Friday special

IT even shows up in my Application manager that i have renewed my upgrade plan.

okay well some new developments have happened, I did get a link to the biotek gift (synth) and as stated before I have the link for the free sound fx library and my profile payment option has been updated, but I still did not receive anything about the free plugin bundle that comes with the re-up. If someone had a hand in these things getting done for me thanks....

I'm at the same stage now too, but no further along in relation to the plugins bundle issue.

Could anyone advise is the biotek gift returnable if my Avid subscription was not renewed in the future is the plugin free. Regards |

Turns out i have also been charged twice for the Upgrade renewal plan
Great time of year to be missing over €100 from the bank balance! |

I figured since I had a porblem and issue initially with my upgrade, that it should only be right for me to write and update the sitiuation. My account has been updated and all of the things I was promised in the black friday deal has been made available to me.
So thank you Avid for getting me straight. |
