Default Reinstate plan question

If I buy a Pro Tools Upgrade Plan Reinstatement from AVID store directly, the delivery will be online ? Or they will send me a physical box ? The site is very unclear.
Also I have a PT9 MP license on my ilok but I don't have it on my Avid account. Am I eligible for reinstate a perpetual license plan ? Thank You.

Welcome to the community.

The Pro Tools Upgrade Reinstatement Plan is a download (see the Specifications tab) and your Pro Tools MP 9 iLok license qualifies for the upgrade (see the System Requirements tab). You don't need it registered in my.avid.com/products.
