Default CAN NOT FIND AVID SUPPORT CODE (ASC) after Purchase!!

PLEASE HELP! Need to find ASC after purchase so that I can get back to work!

I've lost my ilok key for some months now that had my Pro Tools 11 bundle on it. I've finally purchased a new ilok and also purchased ASC so that technical support can help me put the license on the new ilok. My ASC hasn't been sent to my email or anything. I don't even see the "Pro Tools 11 bundle" license in my iLok Management anymore, but I do see it in my "Avid Products" in my account.



PLEASE HELP! I need to find where the ASC is because I've purchased it and cant find it anywhere!

You can find your ASC in my.avid.com > My Products and Subscriptions

Hi,

I'm having a similar issue to JWMusic and I'm not seeing the code where in the link you gave jeffro.

I've spent all afternoon chasing this code, which I have purchased, and would like to get this finished.

I've also tried to get ASC details and it's not showing me my most recent purchase. I do, however, see the order placed in my account, I just don't know the actual ACS code.
Is there anywhere else this code would be?

Checked the my.avid.com account using your community email address and I see it listed in the Products Not Yet Downloaded section. Please sign in, click Products Not Yet Downloaded, click Activate... and follow the prompts. Thanks.

I followed this thread entirely.
Still cant find my "AVID SUPPORT CODE" anywhere.
Is it the Order ID, System ID or Ilok ID?
Maybe you don't get an ASC with a monthly subscription to Ultimate?
$90/month doesn't cover that?

Hey Robert - Your Pro Tools Ultimate Subscription includes support, use your System ID when starting a case (my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment) or when calling.

Hi Jeffro. I want to sell my Pro Tools Ultimate perpetual Licence. The link you posted tell me that I bought an ASC, but what else ?
I have no more contact with Avid Support, they don't answer to the mail. They just get my money.
What am I supposed to do just now ?

Hi there, I recently bought a Pro Tools license and have the same issue. I've looked in the "Products Not Yet Downloaded" section but there's nothing to download so I don't know where my ASC is.
I need it urgently since I want to transfer my license from the cloud to my ilok dongle (which is registered with other ID). I started also a case through the Support Center but still have no answer. I tried to call through the phone numbers Avid provides (for UK and Spain) and no one seems to work. Please help me, I'm desperate. Thank you.
