T-Racks Group Buy

Just heard about this offer when I popped by to mention the Empirical Labs Arousor offer from Avid yesterday.

I have spare IK credits so yesterday launched Custom Shop to use them e.g. on the Leslie + additional offer plugins. However, whatever I did (including reinstall/reboot), it wasn't working ... everything I clicked appeared briefly dimmed but quickly disappeared.

I opened a support ticket (24 hour response?) as the offer expires today. I doubt I'll receive an out-of-hours-response this evening so wonder (Peter?) if they'll honour this when they eventually get back to me?!

Edit: launched Custom Shop two hours before deadline and it worked normally (I didn't hear back from support) - I suspect they were being overloaded yesterday and connectivity to their servers might have been the cause? I do like some of the IK stuff and got the Leslie with spare credits ... + nine extra plugins that I might not otherwise have purchased but no denying this was a great deal :)

Sorry I didn't see this until now but glad it was sorted. We launched a new web site yesterday, so if anybody missed out yesterday due to propagation or similar, you can still participate today and qualify for the promotion.

Peter - no problem and although a bit late for my issue, support did eventually get back to me in the last few hours this evening.

FYI, the new website had some issues on Safari (Mac) when I used it to select my nine free plugins - a page with several red icons representing, amongst other stuff, promotions. The graphical elements were visible but no text/labels that I assume should have been visible ... but was easy enough to click on everything to explore, especially as the clock was ticking to midnight and the end of this generous offer! :)

Note that the promotion ended October 1st but you have 30 days from that date to choose your free plugins. So if you do have any further issues, you also have some breathing room there too :)
